We specialize in the restoration of square grand pianos, antique grand pianos, and upright pianos. We have restored pianos for clients from California to Maine, Hawaii and Canada over the past 18 years.
Deciding
to have your piano restored is a big decision, and you want to make sure that the rebuilder you chose is reputable and competent. We have been in business for over 18 years and have many happy customers throughout the United States and Canada. We are not a "cyber business." We have an actual shop location where we do the work on your piano ourselves. Some internet companies will have your piano picked up from your location and send to a third party shop where the work is done for a very cheap price, and then the piano is sent back to you. The person you are dealing with never even sees or put hands on your piano! Some of these shops basically just do a cosmetic face lift on your piano and they do not take the necessary time and care to properly rebuild your instrument. It may look nice, but the inner workings of the piano usually remain in poor condition. We do as much (often times more) work on the parts you can't see as the ones you can see.
All of the work on your piano is done at our shop location in Marietta, GA, and we have control over your piano from the time it arrives to the time it leaves.
Since a lot of our business comes from a long distance away, we want you to feel involved in the process of restoring your piano. When your piano arrives at our shop, we take pictures and send them to you so you know it has arrived safely. As we begin work on your piano, we send pictures to you along the way so you can feel involved and
"in touch" with your piano at all times. We want you to see your piano evolve from the condition it was in when it arrived, to a properly rebuilt and playable instrument. We always welcome visits to our shop and phone calls from our customers to check on their piano.
